Panasonic robotic welders are known around the world for their precision and durability. They’re a real work-horse! It still takes a human with computer programming skills to set the moves right. Jeff Bales designed the jig used in this photo to effectively mass produce hinges. On the day of this photo the robotic welder cranked out 400 hinges easily.
